About our food,We use high quality flours such as lotus flour, whole wheat flour, refined flour, postato starch, and wheat starch. We never use ajinomoto in our products. We use market fresh vegetables to prepare momo with many different flavor profiles. Our momo are prepared to a standard of 22-24 grams each.
